Today we had a fun day. We went down to the “Source of the Nile” where the Nile River starts and heads to the Mediterranean Sea. We walked down to the river and then took an hour long boat ride around the Nile and then into Lake Victoria. Our guide Ronnie pointed out the different birds, monkeys and mountain lizards along the way. When we reached the point where the Nile starts he took Mali out of the boat so she could stand in the river. What an awesome moment to be standing in the Nile River.

Then we headed into Jinja for lunch, and a quick wifi break. Then back to the house for some hammock “chill” time.
